In terms of silicon wafers, it is reported that the product uses ultra-high resistance n-type silicon wafers independently developed by Aixu Corporation, with lower doping concentration and a resistivity jump to 30 Ω· cm, breaking the dual constraints of resistivity and wire breakage. The minority carrier lifetime can be increased by about 10 times, ensuring low attenuation and high power generation throughout the product's lifecycle.
In terms of batteries, the ABC precise stacking welding process innovatively developed by Aixu Co., Ltd. has completely eliminated the inter chip spacing and increased the front light receiving area by 0.5%; At the same time, thanks to the natural adaptation of Aixu's stacked welding process and ABC component straight welding, the product has lower stress and lower risk of hidden cracks, solving the reliability pain points of the industry's stacked welding technology.
